Read an article in a Japanese golf website talking about Japan Srixon tour representative stating that the reason Hideki likes the Tour AD DI is that the shaft is skinnier compared to other popular shafts on Tour. The thinner profile enables him to prevent the shaft from accelarating and getting ahead of him.
The DI shaft has been around since 2010 still used by many top players around the world.

I personally play the Tour AD UB shaft on my Titleist GT2 driver.
I hit the ball low and low spin. With the UB, I have a medium trajetory and medium spin to maximize my carry yardage.
