1: How do I place an online order?

Finding what you are looking for is as easy as clicking on the item you are interested in. You can register with us to make your next shopping experience even quicker! By registering with us you can take advantage of other benefits such as keeping track of your shopping history, and let’s not forget to mention that you’ll even be able to breeze thru the shopping process even faster! We also give you the option to just breeze thru our site by letting you skip the sign-up process if you’d like to go straight to the ordering process.

2: How do I find products on your website?

You’ll notice that once you land on our homepage you’ll see our incredible library of golf equipment from manufacturers all over the world, apparel, and other accessories. You can browse our Online Store by using the Categories and Sub-Categories on the far left of the homepage. You can also use the “Search Bar” located in the upper center section of the page. Shopping is as easy as clicking the item you’re interested in and selecting your preferences, sizes, colors etc. and clicking again to add those items to your cart! From there it’s a simple 3 step process to complete your order! “Order Info”,”Shipping Info”, and finally “Payment Method”, and that’s it! Just hit “Confirm Order” and we take care of the rest! We will send order confirmation an updates to your order to the email address provided.

3: I’m a new/returning customer, What’s Fairway Golf?

If you’re a new customer strolling through our website then first and foremost we say welcome! One of the first things we want you to know is that you are browsing a HUGE library of golf equipment, apparel, and other accessories. We would also like to point out that you will notice that we have tons of exclusive products here that you almost literally can’t find anywhere else! We can import clubs straight from Japan, and we have “one of a kind” collector/Tour putters from the legendary Scotty Cameron manufacturer! We’ve stream-lined this site to benefit both new golfers and seasoned golfers and even golf club collectors alike! 4: Does Fairway Golf have a retail store?

We currently have two locations in here in California, US. Our Southern California location is located in San Diego and our Northern California location is located in Mountain View (near San Jose). We also build, repair and customize clubs at both locations. Come visit us if you’d like to get custom fitted by any of our certified club fitters. We can even track your swing with our N FLIGHT monitor by PING to give you an up close view of your swing pattern and ball flight. 5: Can I change my online order?

If you need to make a change to an existing online order after submittal, please contact Fairway Golf Customer Service here or call us (US: 1-858-268-1702) as soon as possible. Although we will try our best to accommodate your change, Fairway golf cannot guarantee that the order change can occur once it is submitted. Please include your order number and any other information as to that will help us find the best solution for you.

6: If I’m new, how do I get registered and why should I?

If you haven’t completed an online transaction with us before, it’s quick and easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on ‘Sign in’ button at the top of most pages. This will take you to the ‘Sign in’ or ‘Sign up’ page. Once there, scroll down and you’ll see a quick an easy form so that we can get some of your basic info to get you registered. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you’ll have to do is enter your registered password and shopping becomes quick and easy! SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

1: How will I know what the shipping charges are?

Once you’ve completed the check-out process including your preferred shipping method, you will notice a detailed description of the total charges including taxes, shipping, and handling fees for your order. An exact total for shipping will be displayed before you confirm your order.

FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Limited time free standard shipping offer is valid in the continental United States only. This excludes customers from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Some manufacturer and category restrictions apply. Offer does not apply to select PING and OAKLEY products. Orders over 50 pounds will be excluded from this offer and we will contact you back with exact shipping and handling fees.

2: Once my order is placed, how quickly will it ship?

Orders placed for in stock items will be processed the next business day. Orders placed for custom or non-stock items will be placed on order to the vendors. Once you place an order with Fairway Golf we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information included. If any delays or changes occur, we will email you an update on the progress of your delivery. There may be cases where the email could not be delivered due to wrong email address, settings of your spam mail rules, or other factors. If you have not received an confirmation of your order after 48 hours, please contact us here.

3: How can I track the status of my order?

Along with your confirmation email you’ll notice details about the item(s) you’ve purchased such as pricing, shipping fees, and a tracking # that will help you track your delivery. We’re also available to you whenever you have any other questions that you haven’t found an answer for here. Contact us here to fill out an inquiry form.

4: How can I find out more about international shipping?

We have been a huge success in both the U.S. and Japan for years now, and we strive to find new ways to make shopping easier for our customers worldwide. If you have any other questions that you haven’t found an answer to, feel free to ask about international shipping directly here.

5: How can I be certain that my order has been received?

Upon completion of your order, Fairway golf will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, shipping and sales taxes (if applicable), and shipping address to your email address. Be aware that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is accurate and active. Also don’t forget check your spam folder if you don’t see an order confirmation e-mail from us in your inbox. If any changes or delays happen during your order process we will re-contact you with an update to the progress of your delivery.

6: Where is my order being shipped from?

The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our location in San Diego, CA. If for any reason your order isn’t currently in stock we immediately place an order with the manufacturer, and we will process your shipment of the order once it arrives at our warehouse!

7: Why has my order been delayed?

Shipping delays unfortunately is a part of the business and whenever there is a delay its almost always due to manufacturers supply shortage on specific items especially at times such as busy holidays, limited quantities, back orders and countless other obstacles. However, we always make sure that we keep our customers updated on potential changes to their scheduled order. We do our best to accommodate any last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. Online orders usually ship within 24 hours upon submission. If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday evening. Also expect a longer delivery for personalized orders as they take may take longer to process through the manufacturer. We always guarantee that once we receive your shipment from a manufacturer we will ship it to you promptly.

8: Can you ship my order to any addresses?

As an added security measure to prevent credit card fraud, we will only ship your order to the billing address of your credit card. The billing and shipping addresses must match . If you would like to have your order sent to a location other than your billing address, you would need to complete your order using paypal with a CONFIRMED address. ( see confirmed address at paypal.com ) We apologize for the inconvenience that our policy may cause but Fairway Golf has always taken a proactive approach to make your online purchase as safe as possible.

1: What forms of payment does Fairway golf accept?

A: Here at Fairway Golf we have many payment options available to you. The following forms of payment are accepted: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners), PayPal, and Fairway Golf Gift Card.

As an added security measure, in order to process the order with a Major Credit Card or Debit card:

  • Billing address and shipping address must be the same

2: What forms of payment are available for international orders?

All pricing for international orders are in US dollars. As of right now the following forms of payment are accepted: Japanese Credit Cards with the Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover logo, PayPal, Fairway Golf Gift Card.

1: How can I verify that the website is secure?

All transactions and information are taken over a secure server connection and we are well aware of how important your information is. All information received by Fairway Golf is used specifically for processing delivery orders or communicating with our customers. 1: What is “MY PAGE”?

Once you register your basic info with us you’ll be a fairway golf member! By clicking “My Page” at the top of the homepage you will find your Gift Card Balance (see below about Gift Cards), your shopping history, and options to change your billing/shipping information. You will also find an option to change your password, or options to subscribe or un-subscribe to our newsletters.

2: What other benefits do I get for signing up with Fairway Golf?

Once you’ve been registered with Fairway Golf you can shop with us even easier! Since we already have your basic information catalogued within our database, it’s as easy as clicking a few times to get to your “Shopping Cart” and confirming your order! No tedious forms to fill it out, just click, click, done!

SERVICES & POLICIES

1: What items are covered under the playability guarantee?

Our playability guarantee is another added “shop with confidence” feature that we provide. If for some reason, you are note satisfied with the golf club purchase, simply contact us for a return authorization and return the golf club for store credit within 30 days of the original shipping of the product. You will receive your store credit information once we receive your golf club(s) back. The golf club must be returned in normal use condition. Any damages under non-normal use will not be covered under the playability guarantee. 30 day playability guarantee applies only to golf clubs. However, the playability guarantee does not apply to custom clubs or special orders. The shipping fees incurred for the return is the responsibility of the customer. 2: What is Fairway golf’s pricing policy?

We always guarantee to match the most lowest competitive prices you can find from an authorized retailer. From time to time errors and typos may occur. In this case, Fairway golf has the right to correct these errors once found, which includes information presented in emails, banners and any other web related media. Fairway Golf reserves the right to cancel any orders that reflect the mistakes and errors that may have unintentionally occurred. 3: What are the policies for returns and exchanges?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your item(s). returned items for refund are subject to 20% restocking charge unless it falls under our playability guarantee for golf clubs. All items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days after the item was purchased and must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department (contact Fairway Golf Customer Service to obtain return authorization number). Custom and Special orders are not included in our exchange and return policy and the sale of such custom and special orders are final. Under no circumstances can any item be returned after the 30 days of purchase have passed. Fairway Golf will not refund any item(s) that show any signs of use. item(s) must be un-used to qualify for a refund. We offer 100% store credit for all Golf Club(s) exchanges and returns as long as they pass our inspection and fall under our “performance guarantee” and is returned/exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. All shipping fees for any returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fee for the original shipment will not be refunded.
